Vendor FAQs

We are looking for professional vendors with quality items for sale. We will accept multiple artisans and food trucks, but only one commercial or direct sales vendor per brand. We will accept food trucks based on variety for the festival and quality of the product. Nonprofit booths are welcome (please consider volunteering for a free booth).

Your attitude is important!  This is a happy, family-friendly event, and we are looking for vendors who portray a positive, upbeat attitude with professionalism. Vendors who are pleasant to work with and contribute in a positive way to the festival  *and clean up after themselves* will be invited back; others will not.

All booths must have a clear and visible sign with your name, and either a list of prices or each item priced clearly. Food vendors will either produce a health department certificate or pay for one the first day of the festival, in cash to the health department inspector.

We do not accept booths selling cigarettes or e-cigarettes, vaping products or anything illegal in the state of Tennessee.

See pricing information for booth fees.

All vendors will have access to trash cans, but please bring additional trash bags for your personal use within your tent or food truck.
